The ideal candidates will possess: strong organizational and record keeping skills; self-motivated with the ability work both independently and as part of a team; knowledge of current BC Building Code / Municipal Bylaws / Construction Technology; be able to follow direction well; initiative taking and problem solving skills; excellent communication skills. Candidates must also be highly proficient in AutoCAD, be proficient in other office programs (MS Office Suite) / internet, etc., and be flexible and diverse in order to accommodate the ever-evolving demands of the Clients and the Firm. You must have an Architectural Technologist Diploma / Degree at a minimum.
