My Neighbourhood Restaurant is a family run restaurant that has established a great reputation in the Rutland area of Kelowna, BC. This newly constructed building has a restaurant on the ground floor with residence above. Careful planning and design of the restaurant component was an important aspect of this project, both from and architectural and interior design standpoint; GTA having completed both packages. The building includes such features as two roof top patios for use by the Owners / Residents and a street side patio for patrons, roof top landscaping, custom exterior spiral staircase, and an outdoor kitchen at the residence. The site is very prominent along Highway 33 with Roxby Centennial Park directly adjacent, and steps were taken in the design process to ensure a positive impact was made to the surrounding area.
