Located on the periphery of the urban downtown core, this multi-family development provides contemporary residential units each with a home-based office for occupants to operate a small business from. The podium style ground floor is reminiscent of the many townhouse and condo developments in Vancouver’s Yaletown and False Creek areas. Walk-up ground floor units with street side patios add to the streetscape and will aid in livening the neighbourhood’s pedestrian traffic. A large atrium space through the center of the building, increases natural daylight to the units and acts as a central mall-like entrance to each home office.
